Why Pain is the key stone for personality development?

We meet a lot of people every day in our life, many of them want to change their life to be more valuable and more effective, but just a few of them success in improving their personality, Some people relate their  fail to their own environment or family or their work field, but what is the main reason for that fail?.Let’s see

Pain for gain

“No pain, no gain” is one of the most famous quotes we hear frequently, but we receive one meaning from it. We can improve this quote to “Without knowing your pain you won’t gain!”

Anthony Robbins is one of the most famous human development trainers in the world. In his book “Awaken the giant within”, he said that Pain is the first step to change your life. If you want to be in a better job, or get through to a good habit, you should feel the pain of being in your place without improving! You should feel the pain of not achieving the level you want.
It’s about magnification your pain and creating a real intention to change it.

Another concept of pain is when you begin to improve yourself, you begin to meet new obstacles, inner and outer obstacles, so you fail pain again but not because of your wrong steps, it’s because leaving your safe zone, and this is so painful for most of us! A “safe zone” may be a physical place, new places you didn’t go before but it’s critical for your success,
The safe zone also a state of mind, Changing your way of thinking and being more positive isn’t easy, you will struggle a bit.
In a nutshell, you will face some problems in the inception of your change, and you will feel another pattern of pain, but you will learn and get many benefits from it that will help you to achieve what you want.

First of all, you should feel pain about your current lifestyles (As it previously mentioned in the article).

2- Analyzing your current situation.
Bring pen and paper, make personal SWOT analysis (SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) consist of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats and is a structured planning method that evaluates those four elements of an organization or personal characteristics).

3- Strategic goal.
After self-analyzing and discovering what are you good at. You should put a strategic goal. What do you want to be in the future, what you will feel happy to achieve after a long time?

4-Your milestones.
You analyzed your current situation and put your strategic goal, now you need to determine how you will achieve this goal. For example, you want to be a great teacher, divide steps for how to be a great teacher like acquiring teaching skills – getting teaching certificates – studding special diploma and so on. Put your steps on a time schedule, and begin to achieve your dream.

The last thing; believe in yourself and your dream.
